Let’s face it, it’s hard to fit a workout into your busy day, especially when you’re a mom! Multitask your morning workout with some pump-you-up tunes to add some God time to fitness routine. Right now I’m loving this 50-minute energizing Christian workout playlist and you will too!
Recently I became a certified POP Pilates instructor. You do know Cassey Ho, and her dynamic, energy-packed “dance on the mat” Pilates style, right? If not, check out Blogilates on YouTube stat! Bottom line, this workout calls for lively music with a great beat.
Sure, I’m all about the upbeat music and fun, choreographed mat routine, but some of the tunes plucked from the Top 40 Pop Charts just weren’t working for me or for the ministry where I teach.
So I quick switched it up with these energizing and motivational songs sure to get your day started off right! Mandisa fans, you’re gonna love this!
And for all you POP instructors out there, this Spotify workout playlist was designed for POP 8!! You’re super welcome to use it in all your classes!
