Nectarine Brown Butter Cobbler for Two
Serves: 2 servings
  • 2 espresso cupfuls of flour, sugar, and milk
  • pinch salt
  • 3 T. butter
  • 1 c. sliced or chopped nectarines or other fruit
  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Melt butter in a small saucepan and allow to cook until lightly browned. Turn off heat and set aside.
  3. Mix together flour, sugar, salt, and milk in a small bowl. Stir in butter to combine. Pour into a small (4 cup) baking dish and sprinkle fruit over the top. Bake 20-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted removes clean. Allow to cool slightly before digging in.
