Red Lobster Biscuits Copycat
Serves: 6-9 biscuits
  • 2½ c. baking mix
  • 1 c. grated cheddar
  • ¾ c. cold milk
  • 4 T. cold butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Butter Topping
  • ½ c. butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ t. salt
  • ¼ t. parsley
  1. Preheat oven to 400F. With fingertips, mix cold butter with baking mix until the mixture resembles gravel.
  2. Toss in cheese, milk, and garlic and combine with as little disturbance as possible. Drop heaping tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet and bake 12-15 minute
  3. In a small bowl stir together butter topping ingredients. While still piping hot, brush biscuits liberally with melted butter mixture.
