Serves: 24 squares
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1- 12 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 20 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
Instructions
  1. Use one tablespoon of butter to grease a 13x9" baking pan.
  2. Place a medium saucepan over low heat and melt 1 tablespoon butter. Add the chips and condensed milk.
  3. Stir constantly until mixture is completely melted, approximately five minutes.
  4. Add peppermint extract and stir in Oreo pieces. Stir to incorporate.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Cover and cool. Store in fridge.
